Program Souvenir Ads

You can advertise your business and/or services, in our Souvenir Program.

AD SPACE

 

Print-ready artwork must be received by Friday, November 10, 2023

Preferred File Formats: Print-ready PDF or 300 dpi JPEG

Please use this check list before submitting your artwork:

• Convert text into outlines

• Flatten transparencies

• Embed all images

• Images or photos need to be at least 300 dpi and in RGB mode

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

PAYMENT: Full payment must be received by November 10, 2023. If payment is not received, ad may be pulled

 

SUPPLIED ARTWORK: Ads must fit the programs ad dimensions and supplied in RGB at minimum of 300 dpi/ppi. Acceptable formats: .PDF & JPG.

 

NO ARTWORK: If you have no artwork, we can create an ad for you at a cost. Please contact us for cost and to discuss design.

 

CANCELLATION FEE: Any cancellation must be received in writing prior to the 10th of November. If notice is received after the 0tht then balance is due IN FULL. Payment for the cancelled month is due immediately upon cancellation.

 

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AD: 1. If editors determine that the advertising is inconsistent with their understanding of the brands objectives, values or image or the aesthetics standards of The Concert Chorale of Harlem's mission.

2. If advertiser fails to meet deadlines for space reservation, ad revisions & approvals or new advertising.

3. For any other reason or for no reason.
